Am a teacher at Darton College in Albany, Georgia. Currently renting but unsuitable conditions. Need to stay in vicinity of the college. Near Gillionville Road. low crime area, if possible. Prefer a 1-BR, 1 Bath home or apartment, or a decent mobile home. Am a private person and prefer not much noise as I do a lot of studying at home. Not in children area, if possible.
Would like to rent by the middle of the year or less.
