Angels with Faith Ministries & Church home based 501c3 non-profit charity needs donated property in Northeast georgia area for our permanant location.After almost 5 years of helping 1000s of families each year & 1000s of children each Christmas we have outgrown our small 2 bedroom rental home here in Winder,Ga.we are a completely volunteer run charity & receive 0 funding & we give 100% of every single donation directly into helping families & children who are in crisis,need,after disasters,Military families in need etc but we have 0 storage nor room to temporarily house homeless & Military families.We are hoping for 10 or more acres with a pond or waterfront for our Youth Fishing Group for at risk & disadvantaged kids & teens & acreage so that we can place mobile home(s) to temp.house homeless families with or without dwellings in any condition (except condemned) in Jackson,Oconee,walton,Newton,barrow,Clarke,Madison,hall,Banks,Forsythe,North Fulton,Gwinnett county areas.Donations are tax deductible for FULl fair market value for up to 5 years & you will be helping us continue our work helping those in true need in Georgia. We would also be interested in owner financing a property that fits our needs asap if teh owner could give us 0 down & payments of 700 or less per month with no credit check.
