I am a 40 year old drummer with over 17 years of experience. I have played in a few cover bands and original bands doing live and studio work. My influences are Rush, Van Halen, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, The Beatles and many others. I will be honest, I am not looking to join a band full time, believe me I wish I could but with my work schedule as a full time Network Administrator and owning my own computer services business - http://www.pcpieceofmind.com - plus raising a family it is very hard to commit to a full time band. I am looking for one time gigs only that involve getting paid. I have been in situations before where a band needs a drummer on short notice to fill in for their regular drummer when the band already has gigs lined up.
