Baby Grand French Provincial Settergren

Purchased in 2004 from The Piano Exchange in Long Island, New York for $4,800.Selling the piano for much less. GREAT DEAL!! The piano was built in 1935. It is a 4’ 7" apartment size French Provincial Settergren Baby Grand. It is rebuilt and refinished and in great condition when I purchased it. It does have 3 minor stress cracks in the upper part of the legs, see pictures. The piano has a fabulous sound. The keys are in mint condition. It has new bass string, strings, new treble strings and the soundboard is perfect. The bench is in average condition. The original bench was not available, one was provided by The Piano Exchange.
The measurements of the piano are 53" long 53" wide 38" tall, lid open is 55".
