Both are acoustic with good action. Sound great. Both have been taken good care of, I just hace too many. Great for beginers or real players. New both sold for $ 300.00 plus. Both have beautiful wood with pearl inlays. Necks are straight true. If beginner, I also will get you playing the basic in no time (for a small charge).
