This is a Musical instrument of India. GREAT artistry carved on the gourd of the instrument.
It comes with a basic instructional DVD, an extra set of strings and the special sitar pick called a mizrab
"The sitar is a long-necked lute of Persian origin played in India since the 18th centry. It has 3 or 4 playing strings, 4 drone strings and movable frets.
