The Everett Piano Company was founded in 1883 in Boston, Massachusetts. The company was purchased by Yamaha in 1973 and was subsequently discontinued after a manufacturing agreement between Yamaha and Baldwin Piano and Organ Company. The company finally came to an end in 1989. This instrument has a great touch and tone, and has a big sound for a console piano. Minimal wear and tear is hardly noticeable. This instrument is in great shape. No repairs needed. I will throw in a tuning before purchase, but the buyer must take care of the moving. The piano comes with a matching bench.
