Our client in Kelowna has an immediate requirement for an Executive Assistant to the C Suite executive. This high profile position within a professional corporate environment will be the right hand support person to this "C" level position. Duties will include calendar management, travel, correspondence including confidential material, presentations, meeting coordination and preparation, reports and other administrative projects tasks as required.

*Requirements:* The successful Executive Assistant will have at least 5 years experience in supporting a C level manager. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast paced environment managing multiple priorities, well developed interpersonal skills, tact and understanding the companys values and core goals is a must. The ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner and advanced Microsoft Office Suite with typing of 60 wpm or higher is mandatory to be considered for this exciting role.
