**Purpose of the Job**

Process transactions in a timely and accurate manner, advocate catalogue products and services and process transactions at point-of-sales while promoting Sears Canada card products and services. Maintain the catalogue service desk according to Sears Canada standards. Perform catalogue specific processes (ie. receive and bunk new receipts, prepare returns totes, replenish catalogues) as required.

**Major Responsibilities**

1. Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions at POS/DSP according to Sears Canada policies. Follow the CSD standards and line-up management protocols to ensure customers have a positive check out experience. Promote the Sears Financial Credit Cards and all applicable products and services to achieve targets for conversion, new accounts and other set goals.
2. Receive and bunk new D/200 order receipts, prepare D/200 returns totes. Maintain CSD and housekeeping standards in D/200 and adjacent areas. Replenish catalogues as needed.

3. Perform all required D/200 specific processes (Ie. end of day, month-end inventory, customer call outs etc.) accurately and efficiently. Execute all other secondary tasks as assigned on the daily task list.

4. Provide excellent customer service within the Catalogue department. Advocate products and services that meet the total needs solution and demonstrate a commitment to achieving set goals.

5. Work in compliance with all laws and regulations and attend or complete all required health and safety training, report all accidents and take every precaution reasonable to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
6. Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications**

* Secondary school diploma
* A minimum of 3 months of previous work experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent technical skills
* Good oral and written communication skills
