Westside escrow company looking for an experienced Escrow Assistant to be a team member.  You need to be motivated, responsible, have strong client service experience, and ready to run with us and have fun a in high volume office.

Responsibilites include:

RBJ Experience

Minimum 1 year Escrow Assistant experience

Detailed Oriented

Knowledge of new HUD regulations

Able to work well with little supervision

Duties include:  Typing escrow instructions, banking, answering phones when necessary, preparing closing statements and escrow instructions, preparing loan packages, meeting funding conditons for lenders, along with other duties.
