Position Overview
Our client is seeking an Executive Administrator / Receptionist to assist their Management team’s day to day operations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a team environment and in taking on multiple tasks and must be very organized. This individual must have strong communication skills. Five years previous Office Administrative experience required.
Responsibilities
All Executive Administration responsibilities, Generating Reports and Correspondence using Word & Excel, Completing Expense Reports as required, Booking Travel, Hotels and Catering along with General Reception duties including Data Entry and Filing. This individual will be reporting primarily to the President and COO and is also available to assist with other Executives within the office as required for possibly one month or more commencing as soon as possible and as required.
Requirements
Confident, capable, reliable, trustworthy, positive attitude and bright personality. Strong command in all office procedures.
