TEMP: Kelowna Office Administrator /Inside Sales Job ID 1512
Position Overview
Our Client requires a professionally minded individual to assist with office administration, and sales support for their Kelowna branch operations. 3 month term that could potentially turn into a permanent role.
Responsibilities
Office administration / Accounting, Sales order entries, Invoicing, Posting payments, Balancing daily deposits and Accounts Receivable and Collection.
Requirements Preferred experience in the construction/manufacturing industry taking sales orders or invoice entries with good understanding of Excel and Word. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys working with numbers and is well-organized and detail-oriented.
