Ready for a change?   We are the School of Rock – the nation’s premier music education program for kids.  We are seeking a dynamic individual to run our studio in Vienna, Virginia.  This is a position where your customer service, organizational and management skills are used on a daily basis.  We are growing fast and need someone who can keep up with a fast-paced job that entails working with kids, their parents, our staff and the administrative aspects of running an after school program.  We are seeking the right indispensible person with potential to become the General Manager for this facility.  If you are smart, high-energy, can roll up your sleeves and just get things done – we want to hear from you.

General Duties

•Be the central figure for the operation and management of studio

•Manage complex lesson schedule

•Manage roster of instructors

•Anticipate, create and distribute customer communications

•Handle program sales and inquiries

•Process New Enrollments and other account changes

•Maintain clean facility and attractive displays

•Administer show-related processes and communications

Requirements

•Must be able to pick things up quickly

•Mature with a professional demeanor and articulate manner of communication

•Excellent follow up skills

•Excellent writing skills

•Have reliable transportation

•Have 5+ years experience in  Customer Service/ Scheduling/Office Management  type position

•Be available to work afternoons and evenings (we are an after school program) Monday – Friday

•Must be able to work fast and think on your feet – juggle lots at once without letting things slip

•Must be non-smoker
