A fast growing handyman and cleaning service company with a productive yet relaxed environment is seeking a full-time office clerk to a potential manager. We are located in Cherokee County. We maintain foreclosed homes by cleaning and performing all repair needed to have the property ready for market. 

Applicant must be a self-starter, and have strong work ethic, organization, interpersonal, good computer and telephone skills. 

Requirements: 

3+ years working in an office, preferably in a construction-related environment such as Mitigation, Handyman or Restoration offices
Problem solving skills 
Ability to work independently 
Effective verbal and written communication skills 
Detail and accuracy oriented
Multi-tasking skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills 
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quickbooks
