My client is well-established printing company, situated in downtown Montreal, Quebec. They are looking for an Intermediate Administrative Assistant. This is a 1 year contract position with a strong possibility of extension.

 

Description:

 

 

  • Perform standard administrative/secretarial duties.

  • Document creation.

  • Prioritize and distribute incoming mail.

  • Provide quality telephone coverage.

  • Calendar management.

  • Meeting/travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate department schedules and activities.

  • Prepare process and maintain records of expenses.

  • Organize and maintain files.

  • Make practical suggestions to improve his/her own work processes

  • Make routine decisions within established policies and procedures.

  • Work subject to occasional reviews.

 

Requirements:

 

 

  • Must be Bilingual in French and English

  • PC skills and Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

  • Expertise in Graphics and has extensive knowledge using scanners and digital imaging equipment.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Minimum: High School; Preferred: Community College or University degree in office/admin mgmt studies.

  • 4-6 years related experience.
