Updating Company Accounts & Generating Invoices.
Generating Leads for the Sales Advisors through defined marketing methods on regular basis.
Coordinating with the Sales Advisors.
Directly reporting to the Manager Operations-Sales.
Able to advise and implement needed changes in the website to generate more traffic & leads.
Eligibility:
Past experience in Website Handling and Website Management.
Profficent in Email Marketing.
SEO, SEM, Article Submission basic know how.
Willing to adapt & learn in Real Estate marketing envoirnment.
Note:

2) Field Executive- Sales
Taking the prospective lead thru the sales cycle and converting it into the "SALES".
Close Sales.
Client Site Visit.
Follow Ups.
Taking references from existing and new clients.
Identify new prospective leads & converting them into sales.
Liasoning with developer company & Office Liasoning.
Coordinating with IT Advisor for daily sales report generation.
Achieving monthly target based Sales.
Directly reporting to the Manager Operations-Sales.
Eligibility:
Must have their own vehicle- Bike or Scooter. (Petrol reimbursed on weekly basis)
Past Experience minimum of 1-2 yrs of Bookings of New Residential or Commercial Projects.
Remunerations: Salary + Mobile Bills + Incentives (on exceeding targets)
