Position Overview

Our client in the Federal Government is seeking a strong Administrator to assist their management team’s day to day operations preparing correspondence in Word, Excel, possibly in Adobe, and Publisher, taking and transcribing minutes, preparing conference calls and meetings, preparing agendas etc. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and able to work in a team environment.

 

Responsibilities

Advanced Word, Excel skills, Managing Day to Day operations for the Office Administrator, being the right hand and able to work in a fast paced environment. The successful Candidate will have a minimum 3 years related experience and knows that their isn't anything this administrator can't do to assist the management teams office needs.

 

Requirements

 Our successful candidate will have the Skills, Abilities, Personality, Dress and Attitude to work in a Multi-level environment, reporting to the Office Administrator. Strong command in all office procedures, Outlook, Mail, email, Internet Research and a variety of office duties, filing, telephone reception, word documents, errands, office supplies. We are seeking like minded individuals that want to grow their success in a very busy environment.

This position is not for everyone, it will be for the individual that enjoys being in control and completing every task in a timely manner and just carrys on to the next project. You will love this position if you like to be busy and valued.
