I am looking for a processor secretary that is motivated, hungry and doing what it takes to get the job done!
Must have knowledge on Calyx Point, Must have knowledge on Broker and correspondent submissions and knowledge of FHA is a Must!
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT IF YOU DON'T HAVE THESE QUALITIES, I APOLOGIZE BUT I DON'T HAVE TIME TO TEACH SOMEONE THE BUSINESS AND I AM NOT INTERESTED INA PROCESSOR THAT HAS BEEN OUT OF THE BUSINESS FOR 3 YEARS AND NOW WANTS TO COME BACK.
This is a job opportunity for a POSITIVE, MOTIVATED, KNOWLEDGEABLE processor/secretary. There will be allot of people depending on you for your knowledge, advise and help educating them on certain loans.
Job will be:
submitting new loans to the lender, checking and making sure the file is complete, calling clients for docs needed, closing files NOT making excuses as of why they cant. Answering some phone calls, making sure files are complete and compliant at the end of each month. Checking rate sheets(we do have a pricing engine and brokers will submit with bank and pricing instructions) Starting a file from start to finish and self reliant.
This is a 30 day trial period:
During this trial period you will be paid $250 per file closed
We expect 15 to 20 files closed per month:
After the 30 day trial period a Salary will go into effect: $350 per week + $250 per file + Bonus

This will of cource increase based on performance
