Looking for Certified Residential RE Appraiser

Appraisal firm expanding and seeking a Certified Residential Appraiser that can be team player. We have assignments available in both King and Snohomish County. Fee split starting at 55% with a $200 minimum for a 1004, with additional consideration given to experience as well as availability to mentor others. 

We will give you the opportunity to have assistance in data if desire. This equals less time on each report, faster production and more pay.

Our Chief Appraiser has much experience and we have a growing client base that is more than we can handle at this time. This is an excellent opportunity. We can negotiate your E&O Ins costs, license renewal and needed tools for the trade. At this time we are hiring independent contractors only.
