Important executive is seeking an Office Receptionist to handle the front desk day to day systems as well as assisting agents and customers. We are seeking someone personable, self motivating, organized, and a multiple-task with excellent customer service skills. Must have strong computer skills, ability to navigate multiple system applications, and work effectively under pressure of high customer volume.
• Highly motivated professional with at least 1 year of administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Creative individual with superior organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and set priorities in the face of multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook, as well as familiarity with web-based search engines and database applications.
• Non-smoker preferred
• Real estate experience a plus
