Order Entry Customer Service Representative | Bloomington, MN 55431
What we're looking for:
Excellent customer service skills? Experience working in a manufacturing environment? Experience using Oracle for client information? We want your resume! Humera has an immediate need for an experienced Order Entry Customer Service Representative to work onsite at a Fortune 1000 Company in Bloomington. This is a long term contract opportunity with the potential for future placement.
What you'll be doing:
- Answering customer calls regarding shipment inquiries and cross references
- Placing orders, tracking shipments and verifying inventory for business-to-business customers
- Entering customer orders that are received via email, phone or fax
What we need you to have:
- Associate's Degree or above
- Knowledge of Oracle puts you ahead of all other applicants
- Intermediate skills in all components of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Basic shipping routing knowledge to assist in tracking packaging and determining estimated time of arrival
- Typing speed of over 50 wpm and data entry skills exceeding 9000 ksph, both with at least 99% accuracy
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced team environment where priorities can change at a drop of a hat
- Previous experience working for an industrial manufacturing company strongly desired
