Position: Part Time  CSR 1

 

Job Description: You will perform a wide range of customer interactions online, via instant message chat and over the phone. With a fun, high energy and team player work environment you will be supporting all customers and dispatchers and will act as a main point of contact for our customers and vendors. You will actively provide outstanding customer service building and maintaining a relationship with the customer throughout their dinning experience.

Must be available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, 4:30pm-11:00pm sometimes a little later.

Other preferred criteria:

- One year of customer service

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus/not required
