Description
Respond to this AdTechnical Customer Service Rep provides high quality technical support for industry leading application hosting service. Basic computer skills, excellent phone personality with the ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment. Record and document all activity in dept logging systems, monitor open cases for progress, analyze and clarify customer queries while meeting response times and goals. Training schedule 9:30am-6:00pm, M-F. After training shift may evolve into 12:00-8:30pm or 2:00pm-10:00pm.
Compensation:$15/hr
