Position available for secretary to perform all aspects of the function for an individual with activities in 3 companies as well as personal paperwork organization. The individual must have the folowing experience, do not send in contact information if the position requirements are not met.
1.) High School Graduation Certificate, post high school education a definate plus
2.) 10 years work experience, with a high school graduation certificate; 5 years work experience with a post high school degree, 2 or 4 yeare degree.
3.) A proven ability to compose letters in correct English
4.) A proven ability to set up, organize and maintain physical and computer files
5.) Advances skills and training in MS Office
6.) Excellent phone skill and the ability to establish and follow projects through to completion on time and accurate
