Doherty Staffing Solutions, a national staffing firm based in Edina, MN, is currently seeking qualified candidates for an On-site Representative to work at a client site in Owatonna, MN.

Job Summary:
Provide leadership to the temporary workforce at client site to optimize service to the client in a high quality, cost-effective manner. Act as a liaison between Doherty, the employee and the client company. Build relationships with the client and focus on achieving financial goals.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee, as well as perform, the interviewing, hiring, screening, and placement of temporary employees at client site.
-Fill and service client orders and communicate information on open positions to appropriate departments and management.
-Ensure that all paperwork conforms to company policies as it pertains to Doherty compliance practices.
-Conduct orientations and check-ins for temporary employees.
-Conduct performance evaluations for temporary staff and coach and discipline as needed.
-Facilitate distribution and tracking of safety equipment and supplies.
-Complete injury reports, conduct accident investigations, and communicate appropriately with Safety Department.
-Maintain online procedures manual and attend periodic training sessions to maintain and develop skills.

Requirements:
-Effective verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
-Professional and enthusiastic approach to work.
-Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook experience is preferred.
