· Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all HITS data in all HR related systems to include PeopleSoft, AppreciatingU, and Authoria · Responsible for HR analysis and other various employee data related reporting · Assists with development and monitoring of division workforce metrics and identifying key trends · Participate with other members of the team in executing compensation processes including: salary planning, survey participation, incentive planning/payouts tracking and analysis, pay audits, market assessment, job title/FLSA reviews, and impact analysis · Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through various communication channels...read more
