Primarily responsible for collecting funds due the company from various manufacturers for work we have performed on their behalf as part of the warranty process. Collects these funds by strictly adhering to the manufacturers' prescribed warranty claim processes. Review documentation generated by the Service Department for all pertinent information required to submit the claim to the factory. Interprets and converts all work performed into manufacturers' labor segment codes and the related approved labor reimbursement amounts.
