Office Manager $27,500 - $32,500 a year salary (depending on experience) + benefits to start Looking for a full-time, experienced automotive office manager for a fast growing independent used car dealership in Round Lake Park, Illinois (Lake County) Eligible candidates must have the following requirements: Proficient with Reynolds and Reynolds software, and working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Must have several years of experience with license and title and automotive dealership office procedures Must be well organized and detail oriented Accounting background a plus Valid drivers license with reliable transportation Spanish bilingual a plus Must pass a thorough background check Job responsibilities: Oversee the entire accounting office, file, and keep the entire office organized Prepare payroll for submitance to payroll company, and other human resource responsibilities Prepare quarterly reports to accounting firm for taxes, and quarterly financials Prepare a month end financial statement through Reynolds and Reynolds Bill deals daily and provide daily docs, accurate used car inventory runs, and updated money due reports to President Back up the license and title department Some light accounts payables and receivables Answers directly to the owner/President and owner/Vice President Some day time reception/phone work Position pays $27,500 - 32,500 a year (depending on experience), eligible for medical, dental and AFLAC after 90 days of continued employment.
