Looking for a bright, outgoing, enthusiastic individual to join our busy Vancouver, Health Care office. We are looking for someone who demonstrates exceptional customer care and superb office skills. One year of office experience is required. Must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to multi-task and be a team player. Duties include answering phones, scheduling patients, both data base and hard copy file management, data entry and handling payments. Hours are: Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 5 pm. Friday hours are 8:30 am to closing which varies between 12 noon and 3pm.

Answer phones
Schedule appointments
Manage both computerized and hard copy appointment schedule
Assist with order completion, both out going and incoming
Create marketing materials: flyers, postcards, handbooks
Write advertisements
Maintain database
Perform mass mail-outs
Organize files
Order office supplies
Run personal errands
Approximately 40 hrs/week
