Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA)
Full Time Overnight Sunday – Thursday (9PM – 6AM)

As a MEA, you'll be challenged with merchandising products according to planogram specifics, stocking and facing product and ensuring proper placement of signage, and keeping product organized to make sure stores look their absolute best for the customer.
Merchandising Execution Associate - Non-Supervisory position (MEAs) merchandise and maintain various product sets in The Home Depot retail environment to enhance the customer experience, increase sales, and maximize inventory turns. MEAs execute merchandising strategies and ensure product is displayed correctly. They also provide product knowledge to store associates. MEAs work individually with moderate supervision but must be capable of executing directives from Merchandising Execution Managers (MEMs), maintaining strong relationships with Store personnel, assisting customers, and working as a team. MEAs service a multi-store territory which will require daily travel to different store locations.

Must be 18 years of age or older
The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or G.E.D.
1 year of relevant experience.
Must pass drug test, background screen and all relevant pre-employment tests where applicable and have reliable transportation.
Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8 - 20 pounds).
Experience working in retail merchandising service industry or working directly for large scale retailer.
Basic computer skills with knowledge of web-based applications.
Experience working on teams, with heavy reliance on team to accomplish goals.
Knowledge of lift equipment, tools and procedures necessary to do job successfully.
Possesses a valid driver's license.
