My name is Marshall Grier.  My partner, Lynette Jones and I have 
launched a service that provides businesses the luxury of maintaining 
their office managerial responsibilities through a mobile office 
service.  The service is designed to limit office costs by simply 
contracting us to perform the duties and tasks that are paramount to 
successful office management.

We found that under our present economic scenario, companies are 
cutting back on staff and or not hiring positions once considered 
imperative.
The most common and notable position eliminated is that of secretary or 
office manager or both.

We offer cost effective and efficient office managerial services to the 
small business community.  Our services and rates are as follows:

-     Payroll- Ensure the accuracy of payments to employees for wages 
and salaries.  We guarantee the appropriate deductions have been taken 
 from the gross amount of payment to satisfy local and regional 
regulations, benefits and garnishment requests.

$150.00 (1-25 employees)                      $250.00 (25 plus 
employees)

-     Accounts Payable $125.00- Bill Payment

-     Accounts Receivable $125.00- posting and reconciliation of 
checking and savings and credit card accounts

-     Computer Services $100.00- Data entry, keyboarding new documents 
or making revisions to existing documents

-     Copying and Faxing $50.00

-     Mail & Clerical $35.00- Binder assembly, copying, setting up and 
labeling files

-     Bookkeeping $200.00- We will organize and maintain the financial 
side of your business. Prepare all reports needed by your tax 
accountant.

-     Bookkeeping Clean-up- Bring records up to speed for proper 
bookkeeping

$350.00 (0-6 months)                            $450.00 (6 months or 
more)

-     Notary Services $35.00
