Investors/Partners wanted to help form a Ohio Corporation, for the purpose of aquiring businesses and creating businesses. Current am operating part time under the name of RoJoCo Enterprises,doing electrical subcontract work. Have a opportunity to purchase a existing/ongoing resturant/fuelstop/carryout and a rental home package. The busisess was established in 1946. Has good base of local patrons and travelers, Located on 2 major highways here in NW Ohio. Gross receipts for 2007 was $1.3 million. Business is still on the market as of date. Will need to form the corporation and establish corporate credit. But also need about 2-3 partners, (silent or active).
