Job Recruiter/Business Developer

Non-profit Educational Exchange Organization seeks an individual who has a strong background in job recruiting and business territory development. This is a part time position as an independent contractor. This is an on going program with fluctuating seasonal needs. We are expanding our Work Exchange Program in the Denver area and need individuals who can secure seasonal employment for our international university students that will be participating in the Work Exchange Program for this upcoming winter season. These positions that you would be seeking would be for temporary, entry level work, during the months of December to March. We need individuals with excellent communication skills; you would be cold calling local businesses. You would need a solid background within the Denver area, since you will be responsible for your own leads. Must have a home computer; with strong computer skills. A compensation of $11 per hour is paid for services rendered and paid on a monthly basis. Plus a $10 incremental, end of season performance bonus, for successful new businesses.
