Day Care Director

Job Responsibilities:
* Ensuring that staff and facilities are in full adherence of the minimum standards as well as DayCare's operational standards.
* Acting as official representative for center.
* Overseeing the implementation of the curriculum which may include: training, supplemental teaching of topics, and audits of teacher execution.
* Working with the Director and Ownership Group in the identification, development, documentation, training, and implementation of internal processes and procedures.
* Marketing the center through in house tours, coordinating/hosting special events, and public outreach.
* Collaborating to ensure timely and proper completion of food program, NCI, Texas Department of Family Protective Services, City of Pearland, and other governing requirements.
* Creating weekly workforce schedules and enforcing adherence.
* Overseeing the audit ad maintenance of personnel and customer files.
* Hiring, training, and ongoing development of staff.
* Performing any job function within the center as necessary.

Candidate Requirements:
* At least 18 yrs of age, pass a FBI background check, able to work weekdays and between the hours of 6tam and 7pm and have a love for children.
* 2-5 years experience directly ma naging and developing staff.
* has exhibited the ability to manage autonomously.
* Full understand of the minimum standards and experiencing ensuring adherence.
* Ability to complete any job function within the facilities.
* Experience working with and/or teaching children in a structured environment.
* Familiarity with NCI, Food Programs, curriculum (HighReach a+), School Leader Software a+.
