I am a real estate agent who needs someone to take pictures of homes in Queens( wwww.BrianSilvestry.com) I work with deadlines so I need someone who is very reliable, reachable through email, or better yet text messaging and has a flexible schedule.
I will email or preferrably text you an assignment with an address and you will need to go there and take 5 pictures of the exterior of the house. After that, I will need you to email them to me. That is all. I will pay you per each assignment completed $12. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU LIVE IN the Bronx, I WOULDN'T SEND YOU TO Brooklyn OR VICE VERSA. The assignments are tailored to where you live. I wouldn't ask that you go more than 10-15 minutes away from your home. It will not take more than 45 minutes including drive time there and back and uploading the pictures.Occasionally I will need you to take pictures of the interior of the house as well but that is pretty rare.
You do not need to come to our office or anything. I will pay you at the end of the week by company check. That check will arrive within 2 weeks of the close of that week. You will need to sign off on a 1099.
If you feel you can do this position, please send me a resume, I do need someone right away to start.
What you need to do it is to be reliable, have your own digital camera, be able to complete work on deadline and short notice and have a phone that supports text messaging. I will email or more likely text you an assignment and I will need it to be done as soon as you can. It's better if you can do it that day but also okay if you can complete it by early the next afternoon.
The assignments will be spread throughout the boroughs(but mostly I need someone to cover the Queens right away)and depending on how fast you turn around the work and how reliable you are it can be anything from as little as 1 or 2 a week to 15 per week. It also depends a lot on the companies that send us the work. We don't know in advance where they have the assignments. So flexibility is important too.
Note you need to be available at least Monday thru Saturday preferably Monday to Sunday for at least 5 hours daily during day time. Night time won't help because pictures taken at night will not be accepted by our clients.

Avoid scams and fraud
Signs of fraud: wire transfer, money orders, cashier checks, shipping, escrow, "transaction protection", "guarantee". Be safe by dealing locally.
