Person will input patient biographical information and scan patient records into EMR database on a full-time, seasonal basis.  Person must be very accurate and efficient and will be paid $10.00 an hour base pay and bonuses for exceptional production and quality of work.  Exact bonus to be determined by agreed-upon levels of efficiency and effectiveness by the employee and the doctor.  Person will have their own transportation, excellent keyboarding skills, and no young children. Older employees are preferred, but all are elegible with excellent recommendations.  This position will start as soon as possible.
