The Right Candidate Will Possess:
*Strong and energetic personality
*Experience in municipalities with badge access for San Diego County is a plus!
*Highly polished, professional appearance and demeanor
*Knowledge in the commercial cleaning industry or the desire to learn all aspects of commercial cleaning
*The ability to lead, direct and motivate additional staff
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Confidence and ability to provide on-site training
*Strong customer service skills
*Reliable transportation
*Extensive Background check required (paid by Jani-King)
