Virtual Customer Service, Flexible Schedules
We are looking for tele-workers to perform customer service functions for our manufacturing company. Duties include appointment setting, answer questions regarding company products and services, assisting with customer accounts and customer follow-up. No sales, billing or collections involved. Full training provided.
Must have a friendly, upbeat phone presence and enjoy helping others. You will need basic computer skills including email, internet searches, and Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to work without supervision and able to multi-task. We have the latest in Virtual Office technology so that you may work from your remote location. Reliable, up to date computer with high speed internet required, along with a reliable phone with long distance and 3-way calling capabilities if possible.
