Building Maintenance Supervisor

Janitorial company servicing over 100 buildings throughout the state seeks a daytime supervisor to visit each building once per month. This is a full-time job.

Duties include:
Inspecting the quality of the cleaning
Stocking the building with cleaning supplies and paper products
Washing windows on a quarterly schedule
Changing flourescent light bulbs/ceiling tiles as needed
Light maintenance work as needed

Other duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining company vehicles
Assisting in all areas of the business as needed

Must be organized and able to manage time wisely
Must work well independently
Must be able to discuss issues diplomatically with customers
This job requires one two-night trip and one three-night trip per month.
Must have a clean background check and a clean driving record.
