This observer work if for the Blue Fin Tuna Longline Survey from March 8, 2013 to June 14, 2013. Training will be February 26, 2013 to March 8 in Miami, FL. Dates are approximate. Summary: Observers perform contract work for the NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) at various laboratories in the Southeast participating in various programs.
