Real Estate and Construction Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide assistance to attorneys in the firm, manage an extensive electronic database, written discovery and documents, summarize depositions, prepare discovery responses, organize, search and track client and litigation file information in Summation and Trial Director. A Paralegal certificate and/or four-year college degree is required. Should have excellent academic credentials with a strong background in Real Estate and Construction Paralegal work. Must have 5+ years of litigation experience, including complex litigation and Trial experience. Experience with Summation, MS Office, Word and Excel are required. Trial Director experience preferred.
