Litigation Paralegal

Paralegal Duties: Will join the litigation department. Provide Legal support for department attorneys. Will be responsible for Drafting of Legal documents, correspondence, memos; Drafting various pleadings and incorporation of documents; Trial preparation to include organizing; discovery documents, preparing exhibits, bates labeling; organization of client files; filing and recording documents with the appropriate offices/courts; maintaining client documents emails in client workspaces; preparation of case notebooks; preparing deposition summaries; and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements: The candidate should have 3-5 years of Legal secretarial experience or equivalent experience. Must be skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Summation, Sanction, EScanIt, CaseMap/TimeMap/TextMap, Relativity and Clearwell a plus. Ability to utilize computer programs designed for case Management. Must have Excellent Writing and communication skills and have the ability to interact with clients, court officials, vendors and work in a team environment.
