(Click image for full size) This position is responsible for enhancing the experience of our customers and driving sales through providing proactive support to customers and associates, execution of merchandise standards, facilitating the efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor; ensuring sale flour is Ready All Day; maintaining price integrity and inventory integrity; ensuring sales floor is set to new plan-o-grams in the Home Electronics department. Skill / Experience Requirements Must be willing to work in a team environment Strong customer service skills Task orientated Self motivated Takes ownership in Home Improvement department Sears is an EOE / AA Employer
