Basic Purpose: Function as a chemical technician in the Analytical Laboratory. Prepare and analyze production, R&D and environmental samples using spectroscopic and wet chemical techniques. Calibrate and maintain analytical instrumentations. Calculate results and use LIMS to report results. Follow documented procedures. Work in a team environment with focus in cycle time and quality. EOE/M/F/D/V
Position Requirements: Knowledge of basic chemistry concepts, practices and procedures. Knowledge of PC software. Good communication and team skills. Flexible to adjust schedule depending on lab need. Weekend support needed. Education and Experience requirements: Associate degree in chemistry or related discipline is a minimum. Chemical lab experience, instrumental background extremely helpful.
