RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform plasmid DNA purifications using commercial kits according to established
protocols. Perform automated radio-iodinations with isotope iodine-125. Will be expected
to handle biohazardous materials and stand for extended periods of time. Monitor
procedures and communicate issues to manager in an effective and timely manner. Work
effectively in a team environment and maintain constructive relationships with coworkers
and collaborators at all levels.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biological Sciences or Chemistry. 6 months of
lab experience is preferred . Experience with chromatography, particularly DNA purification is
desirable. Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task, and meet timelines efficiently and
productively.
