Want a unique, friendly, fun, easy to care for new pet? Then a goat is for you! I have a gorgeous little boy that will be utd on shots, worming, de-horned/disbudded (horns never grow back!), and fixed (wethered/castrated). He is being bottle fed twice a day, morning and night. He can not be totally alone, as he is a herd animal but currently thinks he is a cat. If you have a cat to keep him company it would work for you! He is well adjusted to dogs also. If your dog wouldn't want to eat or chase him, that would work too! He would need a fenced yard. Goats are NOT how the old saying goes..."eats tin cans and climbs trees"! Goats are my favorite pet! He could trim your yard, loves weeds, and may love your landscaping but not metal, trash, etc. He walks on a leash and wears a diaper when inside the house. He lived in our home the first month of his life, 24 hours a day. It was kind of like having a puppy and/or human toddler, though. We are keeping his sister for breeding purposes but would like to find a home for him as I can not keep every baby that is born here at Spring Willow Ranch! We raise Nigerian Dwarf Dairy goats that are triple registered with AGS, ADGA, and NDGA. He will be about the size of a medium sized dog. Without papers, he is $75. With papers, he would be $100. He is strong and healthy! If you are curious, come take a look! You may find you even need two! Goats are like chocolates, you never have just one!
Would also make an excellent pasture buddy for any farm animals!
