United Christian Singles 50/60 SockHop WHEN: Saturday, May 17, 2008 7:00 PM – 11:00 Line Dance Lessons 7:00 – 7:30 WHERE Huntsville Jaycees Building (in Huntsville AL.) Go south on Memorial Parkway (Hwy 231) to Airport Road Service Rd., turn West on Airport Rd go to third 3rd light by the soccer fields and follow signs into the dance. Tickets: $10:00 at the door Who’s Invited: Singles – ages 21 – 105, all singles groups, and individuals of all faiths are welcome. Music: (50s 60s and current hits, alternating fast and slow music, also will have some line dances. Dress: We would like to see you in 50s and 60s outfits i.e.School Jackets, You can search the internet for ideas. i.e. Blue Jeans, poodle skirts, lether school Jackets Tie dye shirts, but dressy or casual is also acceptable. General Info: No Smoking, No Alcohol, eat before coming, only Light Snacks and refreshments provided. Also Remember: To make plans for the, 2 August Luau and 15 November Fall Dances.
