I purchased this whelping set for my female. It has two whelping boxes which can either be used independently or which can be braced together when the puppies are older to give them a play and sleeping area. The boxes are lightweight, easy to clean and fold down for easy storage and transportation. They are some type of corrugated plastic so they are durable as well. The rail that came for one of the boxes is pvc and is also very durable, easy to clean and disassembles easily for convenient storage.
I liked the set but unfortunately it was a tad small for my 50 pound female. She was a little crowded. It will be ideal for a female that is 35 pounds or less.
Both boxes and rail are available as a set. First $100 takes everything.
