My little girl broke out of my house while I was working evenings on June 30 because a neighbor was shooting off firecrackers.  She is about 40 pounds, stands about 18 inches tall, is black with a brown undercoat and has long hair on her hind legs and tail.  She is friendly with other dogs, shy of strangers, but is not aggressive.  She responds to an open car door and "let's go for a ride".  A volunteer at the Euclid Shelter saw my poster, called me and said her girlfriend, Emily, had my LadyBug and texted a picture of her to me.  However, she also said Emily took my collar with LadyBug's license and rabies tag off her and put her own collar on her with Emily's phone number on it.  LadyBug allegedly ran away from her, but she still has Emily's collar on.  She is an escape artist.  She has gotten away from two people that I am aware of.  If you find her, please call me and I will come immediately, night or day.  She is my best friend.  Please help.  Thank you, Sandy 216-659-2921
