Found this little guy on my porch on October 19th 2012. Arrived around 1:30 pm. He was still on my porch at 5:30. Called the police to take him because I have pets. He doesn't have a collar on. He has been barking all day. Tried to give him water and some food, but wouldn't go near it. He is tan all over, and he can't be more than 20 pounds. I'm sure the police are going to take him to the pound. The officer picked him up and he could tell that the dog was well groomed, and didn't belong outside.
